Leave it to Frida Kahlo to completely re-invent the diary. She transformed blank pages into vivid depictions of love and pain, built with words and images.

Frida’s Diary, with “J.K.” on the cover. Reportedly, Frida thought it had belonged to John Keats. Personally, I doubt this was the case, but I love that Frida believed it.
