Every morning, fortified with coffee, I sit at my desk and open my daily planner. If it’s an ideal day, I’ve already meditated and journaled. Alas, not every day is an ideal day (not even close).
My daily planner is at the center of my morning ritual. It is a notebook that anchors my days. For this reason, I spend a lot of time thinking about how to make the most of it. I’m always experimenting—I haven’t found that perfect system yet.
